Service provider
This information is published under Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, as transposed in Cyprus by the Certain Aspects of Information Society Services (in particular Electronic Commerce) Law 156(I)/2004, and under Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed by Law 133(I)/2013.

Who you are contracting with. Your counterparty is AS Creative Technologies LTD, a limited company, which trades under the name Helios Energy Management Solutions. We state the company name, its legal form and its registered office because you are entitled to know the identity of the party you are dealing with before you contract, and because section 109A of the Companies Law Cap. 113 requires a company to publish them.
Earlier versions of this page described the business as a sole proprietorship with a named individual as the contracting party. That description was wrong and has been corrected; the correction is dated in the DPA change history.
Who regulates us
Data protection. Our lead supervisory authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, 1 Iasonos, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus — https://www.dataprotection.gov.cy, [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with them at any time, and you do not have to complain to us first.
Consumer protection. If you are a consumer, the Consumer Protection Service, Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry is the competent authority in Cyprus — https://www.consumer.gov.cy, consumer helpline 1429.
We are not a regulated financial services provider, an electricity supplier, a licensed electrician, or an insurer, and nothing we publish should be read as advice from one.
Alternative dispute resolution
Under Article 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU on consumer ADR we must tell you whether we are committed to using an alternative dispute resolution body. We are not obliged to use, and have not committed to, any specific ADR entity. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may take it to the Consumer Protection Service, Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry or to the courts.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform previously referenced in consumer terms across the industry ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer a route to us or to anyone else. Any document that still points you there is out of date.

Reporting a security problem
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge as soon as we reasonably can.
Please do not access, modify or delete data belonging to anyone else, do not run denial-of-service or spam tests, and do not publish the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it. If you stay within those limits, we will not pursue you and we will credit you if you would like us to.

Third-party names on this site — including manufacturer, utility and software brands — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless we say so explicitly.
Notices to us
Formal legal notice under any of the documents above must be sent by email to [email protected] and by post to Helios Energy Management Solutions, Alamanas 50, Dali, Nicosia 2547, Cyprus. Notice is treated as given on the second working day after posting, or on the next working day after the email is sent, whichever is later.
