What "indicative" means

These are starting figures, not a fixed public price list, and we would rather say so than publish a number you later discover was conditional. What a fleet actually costs depends on how many customers and systems you carry and which capabilities you need. The figure is confirmed with you before anything is charged.

All prices exclude VAT at 19%.

Choosing between Starter and Pro

The practical dividing line is whether you are selling with Helios or only monitoring with it.

Starter covers the monitoring side: the fleet dashboard, customer management, system provisioning and lead management, for up to 25 customers. If your goal is to stop logging into four manufacturer portals, this is the tier that does it.

Pro removes the customer limit and adds the commercial tooling — proposals with an ROI snapshot, the ROI calculator, white-label branding so the customer-facing side carries your identity rather than ours, advanced analytics and priority support.

Plan contents are read live from the same source the application itself uses, so what you see here matches what you would see in the app rather than being a marketing copy of it that drifts.

Industrial and commercial sites

Larger sites are priced by capacity rather than by customer count, because that is what actually drives the work: from €40 per month for sites between 100 kWp and 1 MWp, and from €70 per month above 1 MWp.

These figures cover platform monitoring for a site integrated through Helios EMS. The EMS hardware itself and the integration work are scoped per project — battery and PV equipment differ enough that a per-unit price would be a guess. Tell us the equipment and we will scope it properly.

What is not in any plan

A public developer API. It does not exist today, and we do not sell it as a plan feature. If it ships it will be a separate thing, and we will say so then.

How you actually start

Through a demo rather than a signup form. Accounts are set up with us rather than self-serve, which means a short call, a look at your fleet, and a recommendation on which plan fits — including telling you that Starter is enough when it is.

If your inverters are Huawei FusionSolar or SolarEdge, connection is well-trodden. For the other supported brands the integration is built and gets validated against your equipment when the first system connects — worth knowing in advance, because it shapes what the first week looks like.
