Terms of Service (Helios Pro)
These terms cover Helios - Solar Energy Management Platform, the installer-facing product we call Helios Pro. Solar system owners using the customer portal should read the customer terms instead.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Helios Pro installer platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Helios Pro provides solar installation business management tools: customer management, proposals, invoicing, fleet monitoring, lead pipeline, a shared team inbox, and team collaboration features.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Installer admins are responsible for maintaining account credentials and team access
- You must provide accurate company and billing information
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Sharing access credentials with third parties is not permitted
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other organizations’ data
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or inverter APIs
- Reproduce, resell, or sublicense the Service without written permission
5. Connected Mailboxes
Connecting a Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox to the shared inbox is optional. If you connect one, you confirm that you are authorized to grant Helios read access to that mailbox and to have the messages in it filed inside your organization’s Helios account. You may disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes our access with the provider. How we handle that data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via the platform’s payment provider
- Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Non-payment may result in suspension of access
7. Limitation of Liability
Helios Pro provides energy estimates, ROI calculations, and proposal-generation tools for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy of estimates or downstream commercial outcomes. Helios Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may terminate your organization’s account through Settings → Delete Organization. A 30-day grace period applies before data is hard-deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate organizations that violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
