Terms of Service
These terms are for solar system owners using the Helios customer app and portal. If you run an installer business on Helios Pro, read the Helios Pro terms instead.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Helios Solar Energy Management platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Helios provides a solar energy management platform that includes: real-time energy production and consumption monitoring, self-consumption optimization, ROI calculation tools, electricity bill estimation, and solar installation fleet management.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Sharing access credentials with third parties is not permitted
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or inverter APIs
- Reproduce or copy the Service without written permission
5. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via the platform’s payment provider
- Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Non-payment may result in suspension of access
6. Limitation of Liability
Helios provides energy estimates and financial calculations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these estimates. Actual solar production, consumption, and financial returns may vary. Helios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. After termination, your data is anonymized within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
